Thai Chocolatier currently ships to select cities and countries depending on product availability and customs regulations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Thailand (local): 1–3 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. We may offer free shipping for specific promotions or order minimums. See our Payment Methods page for shipping-related options.

5. Warm Weather & Heat Protection

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. In warmer climates or seasons, we take additional precautions with insulation and expedited shipping. Thai Chocolatier is not responsible for melting if delivery is delayed due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address.

6. Responsibility & Claims

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping provider, we consider the order fulfilled. Thai Chocolatier is not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their country. We are unable to refund or replace items held or rejected by customs.
