Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
1. Perishable Product Policy
All of our products are handcrafted and perishable. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, melted, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery
- Products returned without prior approval
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delayed deliveries caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs
4. Canceling Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been shipped or prepared.
